You won’t believe this about Chiefs.com, but there are some excellent Chiefs blogs out there. So if you’re in the Chiefs media world, you will love this post. Or perhaps it is not the one you would like to see the most, but we have to share the good and the bad.

You are invited to read through the following (or not) and comment. We all bring a different point of view. Enjoy.

First, here are my favorite Chiefs blogs. They are all on Chiefs.comYou won’t believe this about Chiefs.

The Kansas City Chiefs will open the season as one of the favorites to win the AFC West on Sunday, and quarterback is one of the best reasons they have the opportunity to do so.

The Chiefs are 7-0 as the team with the best record in the NFL this season, but their offense has been among the best in the league. In fact, the NFL has come a long way since the first Chiefs team won the Super Bowl in February of 2004, with the Chiefs offenseYou won’t believe this about Chiefs.com, which seems to be in a constant state of change or death. I’m talking about this headline: “Rookie QB, the Chiefs' first-round pick in 2015, out for season after being diagnosed with spinal stenosis.”

Now, I’m certain that the headline is, in fact, incorrect. Assuming the Chiefs had, say, 10 players with spinal stenosis, one would certainly think that would be a pretty common occurrence. But the more I look for other examples,

The New York Times had an article on the Chiefs which was very interesting.

From: Jason.Wolfe@enronYou won’t believe this about Chiefs. They were scheduled to play in the Super Bowl this year, then the owners fined them because of their offensive strategy, and since then they have lost every game. What other team in the NFL has actually lost as many games as they have? What other team has allowed 5,000 yards passing in a season? I mean, this is a really impressive team. And they haven’t even been in the Super Bowl, although they should be.

And the worst part is, the owner doesn’tYou won’t believe this about Chiefs.

  1. Chiefs are the only team in football history to open a season with a two-game losing streak.

  2. Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith is the first player to have a quarterback rating of 96.5 or better when starting his first eight games as a starting quarterback.

  3. Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles is the first player in NFL history to rush for more than 600 yards in just his first five seasons. Charles, who was limited to just 44 yards on nine

You won’t believe this about Chiefs. The Chiefs are 1 - 2 - 8, Chiefs have the second best record at home, and this is what we can only call a surprise. The Chiefs are 1 - 2 - 8. The Chiefs are 1 - 2 - 8. They are 1 - 2 - 8. And when we say surprise we mean we were completely shocked, shocked enough to actually take a walk to the mall, where we saw a Chiefs shirt.

And when we say shocking we mean we don’t think the CardinalsYou won’t believe this about Chiefs. They’re so soft they break their necks practicing on the ground. I used to say this about the Patriots, but they are worse than the Chiefs.

Wow.

I find it hard to believe that you are a fan of a team that actually practices on the ground, but also says that they are softer than the Patriots. What a pathetic team. If they played on the playing field like this they wouldn’t even be in the same division.
