The future of Clemson University football died in September as the university announced its athletic department had not received a permanent home for its football program and would begin a “period of transformation” this fall.
Football will remain at its current home — Clemson Stadium — until at least 2016, when its last game will be a home game against Syracuse in the Orange Bowl.
