What about Miami Heat?

I am having trouble understanding this: What is with Miami and the Miami Heat? Is the Heat a franchise that is owned by private equity players who want to make a lot of money like the Nets basketball team, or is it a team that is owned by people who have invested money in the Miami real estate market trying to make a lot of money?

And what’s with Chris Bosh being left out of the All-Star Team so far for the second year in a row? What about Miami Heat? Their starting lineup is already the 5th best in the NBA. Why not move down a spot and bring in a few guys who can play the same role as Klay Thompson and Tim Hardaway Jr.?

Why not be aggressive and try to sign one or two players in free agency that will be good enough to move up just a few spots and take the spot for the Heat?
