Jon-Erik Hexum started his first official job on June 14th at the age of 18 as a trainee manager with an investment firm. His employment is on track and he is really pleased with his progress thus far. He was hired by one of the biggest and oldest insurance companies in the west but is also working at an insurance company in Japan. This was his first experience working out of a company. He enjoys his job as a trainee manager and finds it to be one
