How about Seattle Kraken? A $6-million project that’s been more or less ignored and ignored on Capitol Hill!

I mean, there’s been talk about it since late last year, so it’s been around for awhile. The city just announced plans for a new waterfront park in 2015. There’s also a group pushing for a “tidal park” on Bainbridge Island.

But, to be honest, the story of the Bainbridge Island waterfront has a feel of the Seattle Kraken.

How about Seattle Kraken?

Gulliver would be appalled at the sight of the Seattle Kraken. He sees it as an assault on the city’s citizens' sense of their own independence.
