But the next day when the parade begins, there’s a huge amount of rioting. And the morning newspaper is filled with horrible anti-gay stories. The anti-gay mob in Belfast have their sights on the parade. They begin tearing up banners. The gay parade goes on as normal. But the next day they take their hatred and intolerance right to theHow about Belfast? And also Birmingham? And Leeds? And Liverpool? And Glasgow?
(The answer to that question is a shrug of the shoulders. I have no idea why that would be the case – there is no pattern here.)
