The Champions League has been launched in a few countries across the globe, and it is becoming a more and more popular sportAbout Champions League. The Champions League is a tournament for two teams from Europe that has a single final match played in November. It was first established in 1960. The competition, the most prestigious for European club football and most widely known for the top teams in the European leagues, is played between the champions of each of the five European domestic leagues before a continental tournament. The domestic champions with the most points in the regular season of the Champions League qualify. The five teams from each of two groups play in a round-roAbout Champions League. The final stage of the tournament is the competition between the 16 best teams from the four groups in the first round. The eight winners will be joined by four wild cards in the second-round. The first eight teams will meet in the knock-out stage (semifinals).
